These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and tlk999 ("tlk999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://tlk999.cam.

• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transaction currency of the tlk999 platform.

To register and maintain an Account on tlk999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you access or use the platform.
2. You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports wagering are not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of your participation in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction of residence.
3. You are acting as an individual in a personal capacity and not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any third party.
4. You have not been self-excluded, banned, or otherwise restricted from accessing online gambling services by any operator, regulatory body, or self-exclusion programme.
5. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of tlk999 or any of its affiliated entities, unless express written consent from tlk999 management has been obtained.
6. You are of sound mind and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.

Each individual may hold a maximum of one (1) registered Account on the tlk999 platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, tlk999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or pending withdrawals therein.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You undertake to keep this information current and to notify tlk999 promptly of any material changes.

KYC Verification: tlk999 reserves the right to require KYC documentation at any point — at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers our compliance review procedures. Accepted KYC documents include:

• Valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad)
• Valid Malaysian or international Passport
• Valid Malaysian Driver's Licence
• Proof of residential address: utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within three (3) months
• Selfie photograph holding the primary identity document

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by tlk999 may result in Account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must notify tlk999 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. tlk999 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.

All financial transactions on the tlk999 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved payment channels:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Bank Transfer / Instant Banking: DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Litecoin (LTC)

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed on the Cashier page at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation by the respective payment provider. tlk999 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from a fully KYC-verified Account. All active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before withdrawal of the associated bonus-derived balance is permitted. In the event of any inconsistency between the general terms in this clause and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

1. Bonuses are available to verified Members aged 21 years or older only.
2. Each promotion is limited to one (1) claim per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Unmet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings upon expiry.
4. tlk999 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom in cases of suspected bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of system errors.
5. tlk999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members with active bonus balances at the time of withdrawal will have their situation assessed on a case-by-case basis.
6. General game contribution rates apply to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated: most slots contribute 100%; live dealer table games, poker, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.

All bets placed on the tlk999 platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, market, or event. These rules are accessible within the platform interface for each product category. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest error in the display of odds, game outcomes, or market prices, tlk999 reserves the right to declare all affected bets void and to refund the original wager amount to the Member's Account balance. tlk999 shall not be liable for any consequential losses arising from technical errors.

Sports Betting: Odds are provided for Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, NBA, esports events, and other markets. All in-play and pre-match betting markets are subject to the platform's published sportsbook rules regarding match abandonment, postponement, partial completion, and result confirmation timelines.

Live Casino: All live dealer games including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, and Dragon Tiger are operated in accordance with the studio's published game rules, which are displayed within the game interface at all times. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, bets that have been confirmed and accepted shall be settled based on the game outcome, irrespective of the disconnection.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tlk999 platform and may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain — any such gains will be voided.
• Engaging in chip-dumping, collusion with other players, or any coordinated strategy designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage abuse, or the use of professional bonus-hunting strategies.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or degrades the experience of other Members or the performance of the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or any other means of location obfuscation.

All content on the tlk999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of tlk999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any portion of the platform's content without the prior written consent of tlk999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tlk999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through the normal use of the platform's games or betting markets.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption resulting from platform downtime or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or promotional content displayed on the platform.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tlk999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, those limitations shall apply to the fullest extent permitted.

tlk999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Members. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we maintain a comprehensive suite of player protection tools accessible from every registered Account.

Available responsible gambling tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you can set and adjust from your Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of between 24 hours and 6 weeks during which you cannot access gambling features.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or extended exclusion from the platform for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or indefinitely. Self-exclusions are irrevocable for the chosen period.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulatory frameworks and the laws of the jurisdiction in which tlk999 holds its operating authorisation.

In the event of any dispute between a Member and tlk999 arising from or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the platform, the parties shall first seek to resolve the matter informally by contacting tlk999 customer support. If a resolution cannot be reached informally within thirty (30) days, the matter may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body in accordance with the platform's regulatory requirements.

Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of tlk999's regulatory authority, with proceedings conducted in the English language. Nothing in this clause limits tlk999's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
